Glycine is the smallest and simplest amino acid, yet it performs some of the body’s most important functions.
It is used to:

- Manufacture collagen for healthy skin, joints, bones, and connective tissues
- Produce glutathione, often called the body’s “master antioxidant”
- Support healthy nervous system function
