This Tii or Wai Ora (Wellness Water(s)) has been created based on the traditional medicinal practise of the Māori of New Zealand. Wai Ora were not drunk as tonics or as everyday drinks, because Māori drank water for thirst. Wai Ora was simply used when there was something that appeared to be 'out of balance' in a person’s health. Once health and balance returned, the Wai Ora was no longer used.
The bitterness of this Tii will assist the body's digestion to function better and will also relax the mind and body, to enable a better night's sleep.
