Organic apple cider vinegar, onion, lemon, rosemary, fresh garlic, raw ginger, turmeric, olive leaf, thyme, oregano, hibiscus flower, rosehip, lavender & cayenne.
As a tonic: Add 5-15ml to a glass water (you may sweeten with a little honey if desired) or have it undiluted and follow with a mouthful of water to rinse your teeth.
As a dressing: Pour a little over a salad or add to your favourite dressing recipes.
